Despair and Frustration Amid the Silence

Getting 5G from Rain has been a disaster. Firstly they say my suburb is covered when it blatantly is not. Then, in trying to notify them that my WIFI is not working, it has taken me over 2 days and I still have not been able to speak to a human being. Their service is atrocious, I'd go so far as to say it is non-existent. Customers beware, you use this company at your peril !
