DEMAND MONEY BACK

I had activated an account with rain for working home around August. I went back to the office in September. I called their office to cancel in September immediately. After that I saw a two debit orders going off in my account from Rain on the 1st of November. I called them they told me that they don't see my records of canceling in September but they will escalate it and I cannot have the money back and it will be the final debit. I left it like that and asked the lady to make sure this is canceled. She assured me that it won't go off again. Today to my surprise I see a debit of 1100 from them. I called them that I only canceled on the 9th of November and they see it was escalated. They don't want to give me my money back. I want my money back. Today not tomorrow but tomorrow such a scheme and ******. I demand my money back I don't care who must authorize for it this shows how you rob people from their own money. FURIOUS AND FRUSTRATED. I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND FURTHER BELIEVE ME.
