Demand a refund from Rain

They are quick to take your money, but the support stinks!!! Everytime I called them I got cut off or they "Apparently" couldn't hear me. Each time you call, you have to hold on more than 10 minutes.....before you get cut off and have to call back......5 tries later.

So I am/was on a month-to-month with Rain, and never missed a payment. When you want to stop the service with them, you have to give them a months notice, which is understandable. However, I cancelled my contract because I moved (Yes, a month in advance - the way they want us to do things), however I am still being charged for the contract. It is the first month though, however why can't they get things right. Now I must spend my airtime to get hold of them, and not even know if I am going to get my funds back.

I also sent an email to support@rain 2 days ago, however still no answer from them.

Can a they be so *********** and not get simple things right!!!

I am truly very frustrated because I work hard for my money, I don't wait for handouts, and I don't like being cheated!
