DELIVERY TAKES OVER 7 DAYS and counting don't false advertise!!
Placed and paid for order Monaday16 Jan, states 3 - 5 days for delivery. When we called to follow up, arrogant consultant says call when it's been 5 days. IF YOUR DELIVERY IS 5 DAYS, THEN SIMPLY STATE 5 DAYS!! it's not rocket science!
But.... today is day 7!!!! SO EXPLAIN THAT! The courier company only received it on day 6 SO HOW IS DELIVERY 3 - 5 DAYS?????????????

To be clear, your sarcastic reply about not being what "I expected" in the public reply is very clever. I did not randomly build an expectation, it is what you advertise! 3 - 5 days! Yet, nowhere did you actually address this and nothing you do right now will rectify the fact that we are now on day 7 and still waiting
