Delivery problem

I place the new order for rain 101 now my old number was on when I placed a new order only after my order was placed i updated my cell phone number now I don't know if it updated on the order as well however when I try to contact the delivery partner am I got told it by order is not being delivered by ccd but it's being delivered directly by rain now and now I can't get in contact with your delivery people because I wanted to find out how far my older is because it's not scheduled for delivery I haven't gotten any phone calls or sms's or emails and I'm not sure if the correct numbers on my older since I updated my contact number after placing the order and I was told I cannot add an alternative number this is the first time I actually heard of rain directly delivering a order can you please help me
