Delivery of my Sim card

I app**** for my simcard last Monday still have not received it, I have sent countless messages to rain but no response I have paid for internet that I'm not using 2weeks now no simcard no response on their query website they jus ask for my address I've sent it to 5 consultants now still no response R479 that I paid last Monday but I haven't received my Sim unprofessional and dissapointed is an understatement
