Delivery of 5G router and sim
I'm in desperate need of assistance. We ordered a 5G router and sim and CCD couriers were to deliver. After coming late, they wouldn't hand over the parcel saying the proof of residence needed a full name and surname(it had surname only)...but we gave delivery ref and ID document with full details. Please advise on the way forward as it appears not possible to speak to a human being both at Rain and CCD couriers on what we need to do to fix this

Thanks for a quick chat with a friendly gentleman from the Logistics dept. There is light at the end of the tunnel and a renewed faith in that we will get assisted eventually and get our issue resolved.

Thanks to this site, I was able to get my issue resolved yesterday. The person sitting behind this Complaints desk and the gentleman at Logistics were very helpful and advised me on the steps to get my package. I am , because of them, another happy customer.
