Delivery Issue
On the 25th of March 2025 I did apply for Rain and today I decided to check the status of my delivery and to my surprise when I contacted the courier I was told that they are still waiting for rain to provide them with my ID number. I contacted rain they told me that they have sent through the ID number and again I called the courier and I was told that there's no email or communication from rain and I'm asking myself if it was a good decision to apply for the data through them.

27 Mar 2025, 12:49I contacted the courier and apparently there's no communication from again I've spent the whole day to understand the problem. I see the problem still persist and it is frustrating to get the problem to be solved.

We still have a problem about this whole delivery, yesterday we had an agreement that I will receive the router today. 7h24 today I received a phone call from the courier and I asked when will I receive the package and she said sometimes next week and I said to her but the agreement was I will be receiving the packaging today. Then I decided to contact the CCD again to my surprise there was nothing under my profile about the delivery so meaning that no delivery was scheduled.
