Delivery failed promises

I have problem with rain before and hope that after so many years they would have improved their services. I see the got worse. In the past my husband and I registered to have internet access with rain and they never came to deliver our internet device. We called nothing happened eventually we cancelled. I tried again on the 10th March hopeful they are better I am the one phoning back and forth nobody is bothering to assist even after I had said my call time is now running out from phoning them. I missed called they are excited not to try again now I have to sit like a watchdog only to not receive a call at the promised time. Your service is absolutely appalling for such an established company that should have found its feet by now in delivering service. I work in customer service I make I deliver and assist my clients on time. If they are busy I try again till the matter at hand is sorted. You are so careless to fail on something as simple as a delivery all because of no internal communication and update to the customer. Pathetic
