Delivery depart lacks customer centric..
horrible horrible horrible experience, this telecoms company don't take their clients serious. stay away please!!!!! an appointment for delivery was arranged for today i even had to take leave from my work place only to be told that i will no longer be receiving my order as planned.

on Friday i received the router and sim cards, the network claims that the sim cards get activated immediately after receiving that is a lie. I have been calling Rain everyday trying to found out what is going and why my sim cards are not active they failed to give me an honest answer and i am still without internet!!!!!

Day 5 EVERYTHING ABOUT RAIN IS AN EPIC FAIL
