Delivery delayed

I have been begging them to sent my router, they keep sending me to their courier, CCD keep telling me instructions to release have not been sent to them, now I'm stuck between them and the courier. No one cares enough to phone me back or update me. I use my own airtime to call them, that affects my work as well as i have to buy data to connect my laptop to the phone. Very much ********, they care less and their service is dramatic. How can you take more than 5 hours to give instructions to the courier company. Quick to take payment but no results driven.

Despite having to call more than ten times yesterday and given different reference numbers, this matter was not resolved, status of my delivery not changed, still showing awaiting instruction from Rain, the courier company was never given instruction to deliver my parcel yet. I have explained million times that these is affecting me work as i have to connect to my phone to work, but Rain care less. How can giving instruction to a courier company takes so many days:
