Delivering the Wi-Fi Router and Cut Off the Internet

My Rain Wi-Fi router was damaged 2 weeks ago. I reported the matter and it took you full TWO weeks to deliver the new router. On the 25th of August 2023, you delivered the new router afternoon and on the 26th of August 2023 in the morning you cut the Internet services. What kind of service is this?

Rain consultant called me last night at 19h38pm. She said that she was connecting my services. Now it is a Sunday and it is 16h24pm and still my internet connection is not there.

Do I need to go and shop around for a better network services. I can't live this cat and a dog life with Rain everyday.

You delivered that router for what if you disconnect it.

We are indeed living a HELL life with Rain.
