Deliberate delay to refund the double debit

I have complained about Rain and NuDebt for my overdue refund, and hellopeter approached them and until now they haven't contacted me, and my refund is still not processed for R1100. A while ago i called them and they deliberately put me on hold for too long and never came back , until i hung up, Again this was another worst treatment i have received, seemingly thats how they treat customers when they have done wrong. Running away and avoiding me will not solve the problem but make things worse. If today this matter is not resolved i will consider more drastic measures. I want nothing from them anymore i just want them to refund me and then we can part ways. Their Tuesday response leaves much to be desired, clearly there is no commitment as to when they will pay me and what is it that they will do to resolve the poor and lack of customer service.
