Delaying cancellation and overcharging
I've since lodged a query last month and it's still not being finalised till date ,I've even calling countless times and they just tell me I've got a ticket number but I never get vall backs to be assisted,I'm so tired of this I dunno what their plan is, moreover it's very frustrating having to call them all the time and not even get proper assistance
