Delayed 5G activation

I ordered rain s 5G package. It got delivered but it's been 24 hours and tte sim card has not been activated. I've called and emailed them but still no assistance. Don't buy rain. They have no sense of urgency. This is despite me telling them I needed their router for my online exams today this morning
