Degradation of service due to negligence

The internet is fine when it works. My problem is that every time "peak hours" come around, my internet ****s its pants every 10-15 minutes. It is unresponsive and it is not due to signal. This happened because this company does not have the infrastructure to handle the load it is supposed to carry and they couldnt be ****ed to upgrade said infrastructure because they have grown. They are just taking all the sales they make and re-investing into marketing instead of actually supporting their customers. Do not buy their internet service.
