Definitely not a "Month-to-month" contract

Rain claims to have a month to month contract but has given me bill for over a R900, how?? I'm now being told for 'my convenience' they are a "2 month-to- 2months" contract, without informing me, how?? To top it up they do debit orders without my consent. I would not recommend this so called month to month contract to anyone.
