Defeated! Unpleased! Dissapointed!

Defeated! Unpleased! Dissapointed! Please can i get assistance. I am extremely distraught with the service I have received this week from CCD couriers regarding delivery of my rain package. I was ****** a few weeks back where I lost all my possessions in my handbag, including my ID book. I work 9-7pm job and have not been able to go replace all my items. So far, I have been using my birth certificate as identification when I had to redo my bank cards, etc. When the courier came this morning I was told this original document will not be accepted. I don't know what to do right now cos my package has been delayed by a week now. The delivery lady has come to my work twice this week and still Nasreen, I think shes the controller, is declining my delivery.

I am feeling so distraught at this point, helpless and not getting any mercy. I have showed the delivery lady my proof of residence and my salary slip which has my full names and ID number. I am not sure how or what I need to do in order to be assisted.

I visited the police station yesterday to do an affidavit and I was told my original birth certificate will suffice anywhere as this is my legal identification document. I really don't know what to do at this point.
