Deducts money after cancellation.

I wish I could give this 0 Start. I reached out to Rain 3 weeks ago and they still haven't gotten back to me. After that I cancelled my 5G ahead of time and the money still got deducted from my account the first of the month. Now my back says they cannot reverse the funds. This needs to be resolved now. I am in contact with my bank to get the required information so I can lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman.
