******** deductions in the name of a subscription by Rain Data provider

I signed up for a month to month rain unlimited data since 2022, I have changed plans and devices over the years. in 2023 I coud not consistently pay for the data and as a result the services where terminated for that month,so I didnt have data as I did not pay for it. In 2024 February theu deducted more than 3k at once for the months that I did not and i Did not have data, i asked what am I paying for if I was not covered, they said that I did not sign up for a month to month contract but a subscription, which i was not aware of, nevermind being aware, there was no such an agreement or a mention of the transaction from month-month to subscription.I requested that they refund the money that they ********ly deducted from in February and until to day, they have not responded nor refunded my money.
