Deduction after cancellation

I have canceled my rain for the end of August. Of which, payment was made a week before cancellation. My network was switched off the exact last day of the month.

No one contacted me to collect the Router. Today, my account is deducted the R699! Without even a receiving my pro rata refund.

I cannot even get hold of Rain!
