Deducting money off my account ellegally

We were with Rain i think almost 2 years. We cancelled with them due to is needing better speed on our line and because their towers were always offline or something. So when we joined it said it was a month to month contract so they obviously took the forst amount from our account before sending us the router etc. I cancelled with rain in middle September. They then still deducted money off my account on the 25th september. I called them and they said that when we joined the first two months they did not deduct the full amounts and then making it so its not actually a month to month contract. And that we still owe them for September. End of October is here and they deducted again on the 25th. I went online and saw there is another debit in place for end of November. So i think its totally ridiculous how they are *****ing money and false advertising. The bank says they cannot reverse the money as its an internet transaction that goes off as my bank card is loaded on their website. Which i also cant remove as it does not give me an option. So i am hoping that after this review some one calls us as of i dont receive my money back for the last two debit orders i am going to the news papers after this.
