Deducting money everyday

I took out a contract with rain in April,then they deducted the amount from my account and I cancelled before the rooter was dispatched.

Every month they deduct the full amount from my account and a additional R8.50 everyday now.

I have not used the service at all and I do not have the rooter even.

This amount and the R8.50 per day is costing me money that I don't have,please advise what I can do. We are going for month 3 now of paying DAILY and MONTHLY with no services and if I phone they don't help me at all,they say they will cancel it but still R8,50 gets deducted daily and then on month end they try to deduct the full amount again.

I still have not yet received my refund as promised
