Deducting Money After Account was Closed

I am shocked - I cancelled my service with you on 01 July 2021 only to find out that you have been charging me every month since then – I have been charged the following amounts which you need to refund me for:

30 November 2021 = R999.00 31 October 2021 = R999.00 30 September 2021 = R699.00 31 August 2021 = R699.00 31 July 2021 = R699.00

Please advise (a) when you will refund me the R 4 095 that you have deducted from my credit card post cancellation (b) that you have now recorded that this account was cancelled
