Deducted money

Rain are **********, manipulators, liers, my daughter had a contract with them for 4G and 5G which we're not happy about, however, I was the one paying for those contracts, contracts got canceled December 2021 and January, February and March 2022 no deducted was done from my account then suddenly today 01 April 2022 my account is being debited twine for an amount of R1 398.00 and R368.54 for what became we have proof of canceled contracts and when we call since this morning until 17h00pm, we've been taken from pillar to post and their slogan is I've escalated the matter such and such person will call and when you check no one has called and your calls are not being answered anymore. I want my money back shem.
