Decreased quality
Network coverage has been poor for the past two weeks. Despite the fact that you claim to have improved the quality, never mind having increased your pricing!!!!! We depend on it for work purposes and some for school purposes.

One can not even attend a virtual meeting without any interruptions, stream a lecture without it buffering, watch something on Netflix without it buffering every 10 minutes, surf the internet smoothly or simply watch a reel on Instagram!!!
This is pathetic, it has been more than a month of this and it is not getting any better.

I was hopeful after your response, but instead it has gotten worse.
