Debting while I have cancelled

I haven't received a call as they said they will call me I end up losing my phone so I couldn't do a simswap yet but I am still receiving debit order from them with different transaction which I don't understand cause I did cancel and the consultants called me and ask why did I cancel I told him I am nor longer wanting they're service but still they're debting money every month.. can they please called me 0n *** cause when I called them no ones one's picking up my calls I've called them several Time before I lost my phone
