Dear Rain Internet Service Provider, it is my honour and pleasure to write this compliment about your staff member, Deborah Nhlapo (BSS Support Engineer). This lady is kind, friendly and goes the EXTRA mile to help Rain customers, like me, with issues we are experiencing on the Rain Network. Deborah is willing to assist in areas outside of her expertise, if it means that she can try to make the Rain Customers happy. I have to admire and compliment her work ethic. I have been loyal Rain customers for 3 years. Never before have I received such wonderful, amazing service from anyone at Rain South Africa. Deborah needs to be promoted to the Head of the Rain Customer Service Department. She shows empathy, understanding, kindness, consideration and friendliness to all Rain Customers. She is a delight to talk to. Deborah is an amazing human being. She is an ASSET to your company. At a time when 80% of Rain customers are complaining, Deborah Nhlapo has the ability of turning around the negative image which Rain currently has, due to the lack of good customer service. If you do not promote this lady, you are making a HUGE MISTAKE. We are in the process of immigrating from South Africa to Canada. I am hoping to ***** Deborah Nhlapo away from Rain. She knows how to conduct friendly, professional businesss, which will definitely be a positive attribute to ANY organisation overseas. Mister Willem Roos, I know that I am a small fish in your Big Rain Pond, but I really believe that you need to promote Deborah Nhlapo. I pray that Mr. Willem Roos reads this compliment.
