Debits money without authorization

I never authorized Rain to debit money from my account!!! Not long ago they just debited money from my account that was way more than what was due!!! I am so ****ed. As I am writing this I have been holding on the line for over 30 minutes, waiting to be put through to support. I am so ****ed. Never keep your account details to this company!!! I'm so disgusted by this company!!
