Debits for no service

This company keeps debiting my bank account for the service I'm not getting. Even after I have laid complaints with them. I have called more than 2 times to ask why and also to cancel my plan with them and their consultants promised me they haves escalated the matter, it's under investigations and no further debits will happen, yet my bank account is still being debited. This is causing a negative impact on my account and is also causing me for bank charges that I did not plan for. I want all my monies back and plan to be cancelled
