Debits accounts of past customers.
Be careful, Rain will debit your account months after you cancel your service. then when you try tospeak to someone you get a foreign call center agent who only takes your call and escalates your complaint, you never get an actual solution.

21 May 2025, 13:50So they respond that they have rectified the misatken debits and I am in good standing with them!!!!! Wow thats great and the 2 missed debit order fees that i have incurred from my bank for THIER mistake? who pays that? this is NOT and acceptable resolution.
