DEBITING ON THE WRONG DATE,,,, POOR SERVICE
What is actually wrong with this company called RAIN. I selected my debit order to be on the 15th. They went on to debit today on the 14th and there was no funds because I get paid on the 15th .Now you have switched off my poor service , even though I called one of your consultant to notify 2 days ago that debit after weekend. Please sort this now
