Rain has such a bunch of useless agents, they are nothing compared to their ineffective network coverage. One has to deal with poor network coverage and also deal with Rain debiting money from his/her account to an account that one does not recognized nor affiliated t. Then Rain will still give you the name and surname of the person they are taking your money for and still doesn't help, as long as they are getting paid, even if it is *******ly, they don't care.
