Debiting me when I am not using Rain Services.

I am very unhappy with Rain Service Provider. I haven't been using the services from end of October 2020. They were not supposed to debit me November, December and 2nd January but they have been doing so even when I have sent them communication that I am not using their service and requesed for a refund but there was no response from their side. They said their service is not a contract then they have to adher to that. Please help on this one.
