Debiting although I cancelled the contract

I cancelled my rain contract over 2 months ago..... But rain is still debiting my account, just today rain double debited my account.... I am unable to get ahold of them no one is getting back to me, this is my money and I want it back. Never have I experienced such from a service provider, I am absolutely irritated and angry at this. Never sign up with rain. It's a definite ****!!!!!
