Debiting AFTER cancellation

I cancelled Rain on the 23 April they went ahead and debited me even though i cancelled in May and June RAIN I am not the first customer complaibing about you doing this plse refund me and STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT

So this is how rain resolves it by telling me me my service is cancelled and because it gets apid at month end i stilk owe 250.My statement on Their system reads scheduled cancellatiin 24 May missed payment 25May so they want payment after cancellation date They took 250 on 31st May via recurring payment to Their Bryanston branch and just tried to take another today 25 June but mu cancel date on THEIR system in writing is 24 May

I didnt use your service in June so why am i being billed for it now its a month to month contract thats the reasin i took it i last used Rain 23 May paid on 31 May why am i continually being debited i paod upfront before being connected
