Debited twice No signal for a week

Ever since I joined rain I've had the worst service in my entire life. It first started when my account was double debited and I had go through hell and back to get my refund on the second amount. Secondly I haven't had any network for the past WEEK!!! I STUDY ONLINE AND HAVE TO MAKE USE OF WIFI TO SUBMIT MY ASSIGNMENTS AND EXAMS BUT ALL RAIN KNOWS IS TO DEBIT ACCOUNTS AND GIVE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
