Debited twice
Debited twice I got debited twice for December even though I reported to them that I lost the Sim, and their delivery guys say they cant give me my new Sim because my ID is not "visible", I don't get why the fff would they debit R1000 for services I'm not currently using, I want my money please rain are fff ****mers which is why I'm canceling services from this **** company.they give automated replies and do nothing about our complaints

29 Jan 2024, 12:44Missed December payment it's supposed to be R499, so why did u deduct double because I owed nothing till December? And its definitely not for January because that Sim card was never used this year from December as I had lost it, so why deduct for something that I've reported as lost?
