Debited twice
I got debited twice for December even though I reported to them that I lost the Sim, and their delivery guys say they cant give me my new Sim because my ID is not "visible", I don't get why the fff would they debit R1000 for services I'm not currently using, I want my money please rain are fff ****mers which is why I'm canceling services from this **** company.
