Debited Twice!!

Rain debited my account twice!! On the 25th of February 2022 and prior to them deducting it on the 25th February 2022, I changed my payment date to the 1st of every Month but they debited my account on the 25th February 2022 and also on the 1st of March but now Rain is refusing to pay me!!! Their service is very bad!!!!!!!
