Debited my account without providing service
I have been calling Rain for months trying to get my router from them they only delivered a Sim card which is useless without the router. Today Rain debited my account but I never used their service and I want my money back immediately they are ******, I'm trying to call them to no avail. Can someone from Rain call me immediately before I take them to the ombudsman on ***. I want my money back because I never used your service why you debiting my account
