Debited my account for a cancelled sim card
Zero rating for this pathetic service provider. They have debited my account when I have cancelled their services and got confirmation that my service was cancelled yet they still dug into my account. There must be something that we as consumers can do to prevent this from happening. It is unprofessional and they are practically taking money from peoples account without their consent.

04 Aug 2020, 08:38Can you stop sending out this generic response and start acting on the queries? I have not received a response and no one answers the call center. This company is a ***** and they are *****ing money from people without offering any services to them. Rain is appalling and I am disgusted to see how many people are struggling to get you guys from stop debiting their accounts and refunding money that you guys take for absolutely nothing.
