Debited my account and won't pay me back after waiting 20 working days

So i decided to get rain. Sim never worked they debited my account with a pro rata. Called and canceled and requested a refund as i could never use this service. I called today now i still need to wait 7 to 10 working days. I will never tell someone to get rain wifi

I have canceled this sercixe on the 1st of April 2023 no one has contacted me for any parcel collection. Now i need to wait another 7 to 10 working days because someone did not cancel my subscription the 1st this is yhe most pathetic service i have ever received. Not one of your employees told me they need to collect the parcel. I want my refund today. I have waited 20 working days

And when is my refund due becuase i have already waited 20 WORKING days. And this is not my fault as your employees did not cancel this service when i called in 11 times to cancel. I have all the reference number. So i want my money back today

See now i dont get a response. The money you debited has caused a financial issue in my house and you guys just do not care. I have done everything as a client. Called and canceled. Waited the 7-10 working days twice. The money should have been paid on the 14th of April already now i am being penalized for your mistake. The least you can do is pay my money and then collect your parcel as it is not working what would i do with it? Now you want to collect your parcel and then i need to wait another 7 to 10 working days. How is that fair in any customer service buisness

What does ASAP mean because i have heard this since the 8th of March when i called in the 1st time? Does it mean immediate paymnet does it mean ASAP sorry for the inconvenience please wait 7 to 10 working days

You see so now i need to wait yet again so now i have waoted 20 days plus how ever long it will take for the parcel to get collected and then another 7 to 10 working days. So you guys take over 30 days to pay back money you shouldn't have debited. WOW why dont you escalate the refund for immediate payment once your parcel has been collected because i have heard you guys say you are going to escalate the cancelation every time i called. And please don't say " refund policy" won't allow it. Lets see how long it takes for me to stop posting on hello peter 😊 maby 7 to 10 working days
