DEBITED BY CANCELLED ACCOUNT WHICH RAIN DOES NOT WANT TO CANCEL

I am not happy with Rain. I cancelled my account early this month and i was told they will make it early cancellation due to me moving to a non rain location.

30 June i got debited full and it shows on the system that i will be debites following month also.

How hard is it to cancel an account.
