Debited 5 times in 2 days (160℅ of the monthly invoice) and poor customer service

Rain has debited my account 5 times in for one month. They have debited 160℅ of my invoice and their customer service centre doesn't answer their calls. My call for assistance was dropped after 18 mins of being on hold...The app still indicates that my account is still on arrears after they have debited my account 60% more than what have invoice me...
