Debit order going off my account without permission.

I took up the rain sim card in January and cancelled it the same day, due to signal issues that was poor, I received a full refund within that week or so...

Now the 31 January, you debited my account again for R139, why??? Sim card has been cancelled on your side, and I see it says next debit order 1 March on web portal.

Please rectify and cancel all future debit orders and refund me the R139 you took....

Ref number logged today on site is *** Ref number logged in January *** on cancelation of sim card and refund that took place.
