Debit order date struggles

I am highly disappointed with rain. for the past 3months struggling to change my debit order date. I requested to change from the 25th of every month to the 1st of every month but it just doesn't get changed. there is no money in my account on the 25th as i get paid the last day of the month but that has not been done. now im sitting with no internet and im told to make payment first while i have been calling for the past 3months. I regret taking Rain. I even spoke to the Supervisor Tshwanele who didnt even try to resolve the issue. aint she supposed to fic the issue?
