I have been struggling with my deduction date. I keep calling and they tell me it's impossible to change it and and other agents tell me they have changed it. it's such an inconvenience because I pay for the monthly service only for me to have connection for 20 days in a month.

You always tell me about not being able to change it because its outstanding balance. Whereas the balance is outstanding because the date was not changed the last time I tried to change it. This is unacceptable
