Debit order

I cancelled both my rain contracts in Feb and paid the full amount, i sti got debited from rain which is not suppose to happen when i call no one answers the call. Tried calling again it seems like my number was blocked.

No sir i paid both months in full as an agent told me I'll have to make payments end of Feb which i did. Please return my money back to my account. Why when i call your customer care it does not go through ? I have seen many people complain about the same issue. You guys are **********. I want that money back today bye!

I would like you to refund my money back into my account as i did pay the last cancellation fee end of February and I've been debited again. ***. Both sim cards were cancelled and paid for. Why is it showing my sims are still active after i cancelled
