Debit money even when I don't have an account with them

I dont have a rain account but they are debiting money from my account every month ,their customer service is poor cant even get hold of a single service consultant

I called your consultant yesterday they put me on hold for 30 minutes telling that they cant explain why you are taking my money because I dont have an active account
